PRIVACY POLICY - ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES FOR TURKISH RESIDENTS

1) Data Controller
For the purposes of the Turkish Law on Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“DPL”), the data controller is DevCol. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data.
2) Data Collection & Processing
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the DPL. The categories, sources, and purposes of data collection are as set forth in the sections “THE DATA WE COLLECT” and “WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA” of our Global Privacy Policy.
In accordance with Article 5 of the DPL, DevCol relies on the following legal bases:
- Article 5/2 (c): Processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of the service contract (e.g., providing game services) between you and DevCol.
- Article 5/2 (f): Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of DevCol (e.g., ensuring game security, preventing fraud, and improving our services).
- Article 5/1: Explicit Consent (e.g., for personalized advertising or marketing communications).
3) International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside of Turkey (such as the EU/EEA and the USA) to operate the Service. DevCol utilizes global cloud infrastructures and takes necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure your data is protected according to the DPL standards during these transfers.
4) Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the DPL, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed;
- To request information if your personal data has been processed;
- To learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used accordingly;
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred (domestic/abroad);
- To request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- To request erasure or destruction of your personal data;
- To object to negative results arising from purely automated analysis;
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
